1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mb33 ("mb33", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the mb33 website located at mb33.app, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and ancillary services made available through the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games and betting markets on mb33, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.

Each individual may hold only one (1) mb33 account. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the mb33 Cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. mb33 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice published on the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests are processed within the standard processing window applicable to the selected payment method, as displayed in the Cashier. mb33 will not process withdrawals to any payment account that is not registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

5.4 Abuse and Collusion

6 Game Rules & Fairness

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening mb33 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to mb33's backend systems.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your mb33 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically actioned within two business days of receipt.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by mb33

mb33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe; provision of false information; participation in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; or any activity that mb33 reasonably believes poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the platform or to other players.

9.3 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by mb33 due to a terms violation or fraudulent activity, mb33 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to reasons unrelated to misconduct, verified withdrawable balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Liability & Disclaimer

The mb33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mb33 endeavours to maintain continuous, uninterrupted platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or technical failures at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect platform availability; mb33 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mb33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical malfunction; loss of data; loss of profits; or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if mb33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mb33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the bet or game stake directly associated with the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits mb33's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by mb33's gross negligence.

11 Amendments to These Terms

mb33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations as a player — mb33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

For minor or administrative updates (such as clarifying existing language, correcting typographical errors, or updating contact information), changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notice. 12 Governing Law & Contact

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law as applicable to the operation of the mb33 platform. mb33 makes no specific claims regarding regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body and operates as an online entertainment platform serving the Bangladesh market.
